Spaghetti a la Homer

Also known as spaghetti with browned butter and myzithra cheese. This is a very close replica of Lizzie's favorite pasta at The Spaghetti Factory.  It is really good, and super easy.  I'm posting this link because it gives the finer points of browning butter-the absolute secret to it's deliciousness. The ingredients are simple: cooked spaghetti, butter, myzithra cheese (which you can actually find at Day's) and parsley. We had this for Lizzie's birthday and it was a hit with everyone.
